【Return and Exchange Policy】

For returns or exchanges due to customer preference or damage caused by the customer such as scratches or breakage, we cannot accept returns.

If the delivered product is damaged or defective during delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will promptly respond after confirming the situation. (We will exchange it for a good product at our expense for shipping.)
